MMW Consulting Services, LLC was founded by Margaret Wingate, a seasoned professional with over 35 years of expertise in affordable housing and 23 distinguished years with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Throughout her government career, Margaret served as a trouble specialist and established herself as a leader in Multifamily Housing compliance and programs. Beginning as a Project Manager and ultimately serving as Director of Field Office Management, her journey reflects a dedication to resolving complex challenges and elevating standards across the Housing industry.
